In Ale municipality, region western Götaland, we acquired the property Ale Utby 29:2 in 2021. At the same time, we signed a 10-year agreement with the tenant Attendo LSS AB. Attendo, in turn, has a contract with the Municipality of Gothenburg to operate LSS accommodation in the property.
