On behalf of a client, we have acquired a building plot in central Ystad, where plans were made for 10 apartments of 91 sqm each. The project is structured as a “sleeping partnership,” which means we do not invest any of our own capital during the course of the project.

The apartments are now completed and on the market, offering modern layouts and high-quality standards in an attractive, central location.
