Located along the coast, with proximity to and views of dunes and sandy beaches, we chose to invest in Mellbystrand.

Mellbystrand, situated by Sweden’s longest sandy beach, is a summer paradise that is increasingly attracting permanent residents. This is hardly surprising: the combination of peace and tranquility by the sea, together with easy access to the E6 motorway and Ängelholm Airport, makes Mellbystrand an attractive residential option for many.

The development in Mellbystrand was completed in 2021. All homes have since been sold and occupied. Today, the project represents a completed and established addition to the area, where coastal location and excellent transport connections come together to create an appealing place to live.
