Located in one of the oldest and most central neighborhoods of Helsingborg, we invested in first-class living quality and proximity to everything that the “Pearl of the Sound” has to offer. Project Pilen was a condominium project consisting of a multi-family building with five apartments.

On the popular Slottshöjden, we developed five apartments, each with 2–3 rooms and kitchen, in an excellent location within easy walking distance of central Helsingborg. The apartments feature well-planned layouts and stylish material choices of high quality. The living room and kitchen are open-plan with access to a balcony or terrace. High-end kitchens from Sentens, luxurious bathrooms with fully tiled walls and floors with underfloor heating. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity unit with sink, toilet, bathroom cabinet, washing machine, and dryer. The bedrooms are spacious and fitted with wardrobes.

The development of Project Pilen was completed in 2019. All apartments have since been sold and are now occupied. Today, the project stands as a completed and established residential building in the highly attractive Slottshöjden area of Helsingborg.
