You’ll live within walking distance of Halmstad University and Halmstad Arena, with excellent transport connections right around the corner. Thanks to smart layouts with lofts, there is plenty of space for two people, with room for both a bed and a desk.

Each apartment is 35 m² and built over 1½ floors—ideal for those seeking a modern, space-efficient, and low-maintenance home. All apartments have access to a private storage unit of 1.2 m² located just outside the apartment door. Utilities, including hot water, electricity, heating, and fiber, are charged separately at approximately SEK 325 per month.
