In a rare, central, and growing part of the city of Halmstad, we developed and built a total of 14 apartments. Project Brudtärnan was a condominium project consisting of a refurbishment and two new constructions.

These newly built townhouses feature six rooms and a kitchen across three floors. The architect-designed houses offer generously sized living areas, perfect for socializing both indoors and outdoors. In addition, each house includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two walk-in closets, a courtyard-facing terrace, and a spacious southwest-facing rooftop terrace.

The apartments are attractively located close to the best Halmstad has to offer—centrally situated within walking distance of public transport, city shops, and restaurants. The sea is also just a short stroll away.

Project Brudtärnan was completed in full and finalized as planned in 2019. All 14 condominiums have been sold and are now occupied. The project represents a thoughtful addition to Halmstad’s central cityscape, where architectural quality, generous spaces, and proximity to both the city and the sea come together.
