Andratx Hills
Andratx Hills
On the southwestern coast of Mallorca, 9 unique properties are planned, offering stunning views of the iconic Sierra de Tramontana mountains.
In the historic fishing village, you will enjoy a peaceful and picturesque setting close to the harbor. The area offers a wide range of restaurants and exclusive boutique shopping just around the corner. For art enthusiasts, the beautiful villages of Valldemossa and Deia are also just a short distance away.
The project is designed by the renowned architect Jordi Herrero Campo and crafted to create the feeling of a private oasis with a perfect balance of light and space. Each apartment features a private pool, a personal garage, a gym, and a spa. In the spacious auxiliary areas, there is the opportunity to install a full wine cellar, a home cinema, or even a large lounge area with an open fireplace.
Port d’Andratx caters to affluent individuals who wish to maintain their privacy while still enjoying proximity to Palma city and all its vibrant offerings.
The project is currently underway and is expected to be completed in Q1/Q2 2026.
The Area
Port d'Andratx, often described as “Spain’s St. Tropez,” is a sophisticated fishing village located along the coast of the famous Balearic island of Mallorca. The town is renowned for its unique setting and hilly surroundings and has become a gathering place for sailors and motorboat owners who simply want to enjoy the beauty of the harbor.
The large horseshoe-shaped bay in Port d'Andratx has been described as one of the most beautiful harbor locations the Mediterranean has to offer. The sunsets here are famous and a major attraction for both international visitors and locals alike. Despite its reputation, Port d'Andratx remains very much a working fishing port, which adds to the town’s old-world charm.
Opportunities for hiking and outdoor activities are almost limitless, and Andratx even has its own golf course, complete with the well-known restaurant at the ninth-hole halfway stop. Just a few minutes’ drive from the harbor lies the charming “big sister” town of Andratx, which offers a different atmosphere along with a pleasant selection of restaurants and shops.
The Units
All homes offer a private level with their own garden, private pool, and parking space, making the term “apartment” somewhat misleading. With all the features a house can provide—such as a private gym, spa, walk-in wine cellar, and home cinema—they are more akin to luxury villas. The unique architectural forms combine an exclusive selection of natural materials, exuding a warmth rarely found in such modern design.
A total of nine unique residences are being built, with sizes comparable to private villas, ranging from approximately 200 sqm of living space up to 500 sqm. The different homes offer 2–4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and all include a private pool and garden. The penthouse, named The Villa, additionally features a private elevator and two pools—one on each of its two terraces.
The interior design, with its organic forms combined with natural materials, light, and space, creates a sense of calm and comfort. Every surface, material, and installation has been carefully selected to meet the highest international standards. With kitchens and appliances from Cocinart, Gaggenau, Bora, and Vola, it is clear that no detail has been left to chance.
